Useful Links and Online Resources

Provided are some powerful websites that I've chosen that speed up the learning process and provide extra information to curious students.

Whitaker's Words Online

Newly branded William Whitaker's Words, has been an exceptional online dictionary, click here for the link to the site and an ILC guide to navigating the dictionary contents.

Cambridge Latin Online

Contains the set/prescribed texts for the Introductory Latin Course prescription, with plenty of engaging stories about Caecilius and his friends.

Memrise

My school teacher Ms Joanna Watkins collated a set of vocabulary quizzes as a means of us learning the language from Years 7-9, search for "jwatkins3" on Memrise and use any of her learning sets for a great way to jumpstart your vocabulary.

Ohio State University

Great grammar and vocabulary resources on a variety of topics. Super useful for additional depth of reading.

Ben Crowder's Tables

Great way to memorise Latin declensions and conjugations, though it may seem like a tedious process at first it is by far one of the most vital building blocks for effective Latin learning.

Dickinson's College Commentaries

Great study aid/commentary with a nice streamlined look for advanced Latin students!
